Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CrewPay mobile app and website (together, the "Service"), provided by CrewPay LLC ("CrewPay," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
CrewPay is workforce management software that helps businesses manage employees, jobs, schedules, time tracking, payroll records, and team communication. CrewPay is a record-keeping tool and does not itself process or send payroll payments.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details secure. Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter about their company and employees. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
- Program: CrewPay Verification. CrewPay LLC sends one-time verification codes by text message to confirm your phone number when you sign in or sign up.
- How you opt in: by entering your phone number in the CrewPay app and tapping "Send Code."
- Message frequency: one message per code request. We do not send marketing messages.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message.
- Help: reply HELP, or email support@crewpay.info.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Access or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security.
- Enter false or misleading information.
5. Your Content
You keep ownership of the information you enter into the Service. You give CrewPay permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the Service.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Businesses are responsible for verifying hours, pay calculations, and payroll records and for complying with applicable employment and tax laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrewPay LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
