- Account information: your name, phone number, and, for business owners, email address and password.
- Company information: the company you belong to, your role, and company invite codes.
- Work records: information you or your employer enter into the Service, such as schedules, job assignments, clock-in and clock-out times, hours worked, pay rates, and payroll records.
- Technical information: basic device and usage information needed to operate and secure the Service.
2. How We Use Information
- To create and secure your account, including verifying your phone number.
- To connect employees with the company they work for.
- To provide scheduling, time tracking, job management, and payroll record features.
- To respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account.
- To maintain, improve, and protect the Service.
3. SMS / Text Messaging
When you enter your phone number in the CrewPay app and tap "Send Code," you agree to receive a one-time verification code from CrewPay LLC by text message. We send a message only when you request a code. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With your employer: work records and account details are visible to the company you join, as needed to run the Service.
- With service providers: companies that help us operate the Service, such as hosting, database, authentication, and SMS delivery providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- For legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of CrewPay, our users, or others.
5. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
